Modavista pumps are designed for maximum comfort and convenience—all in one discreet, bra-worn system with no tubes, cords, or dangling bottles. The S39 and S21 deliver hospital-strength suction with customizable modes (four modes and 12 levels on the S39, three modes and nine levels on the S21) so you can personalize every session. Our new W2 model takes it a step further with an industry-leading heating mode to boost milk flow while keeping you relaxed. Each pump is whisper-quiet, simple to clean, and built to fit seamlessly into your busy life.

How can I ensure efficient pumping?
  1. Make sure your breast pump and accessories are assembled correctly, and that the flange fits snugly against your breast.
  2. Choose the right flange size (15/17/19/21/27mm available on the Modavista website). Use the included nipple measuring tool, measuring only the nipple’s diameter (not the areola).
  3. Replace silicone parts about every three months, or sooner if suction changes or parts show wear.
  4. Wear a supportive bra—preferably full coverage, stretchy fabric, with a nursing buckle and no underwire.

How do I ensure I’m using the correct flange size?

Use the included measuring tool to gauge your nipple’s diameter (without including the areola). The flange should sit snugly but comfortably—if you experience rubbing, pinching, or poor suction, you may need a different size.

When should i replace breast pump accessories?

All Modavista pump parts that come into contact with breast milk are BPA-free, giving you peace of mind about your baby’s milk. However, some components need regular replacement to maintain optimal performance. If you notice reduced suction, check for wear, fraying, or stretching—especially in the valves—and replace parts as needed.

  1. Diaphragm, duck valves, and inserts: Replace every 2–3 months.
  2. Flange shields and milk collector: Replace every 6 months.

When should I start using a portable breast pump?

You can start using a portable breast pump whenever you feel ready—some mums begin shortly after birth to help establish supply, while others wait until breastfeeding feels settled and natural.     Mums on the go

    This product has good suction power and will drain the breast ducts well. The charging mechanism is convenient, but less than 2 months from purchase, one breast pump no longer will hold a charge.

    We will be returning this product and try to find something that will last.

    Exceptional customer service

    10/10 would recommend. I am an exclusive pumper. I bought the modavista on a whim after many nights of frustration being tied to my spectra. This has been an absolute game changer to be hands free while pumping. Furthermore, the modavista customer support has been exceptional. I had an issue with the motor which the customer service resolved immediately. Pumping breast milk is a time consuming exhausting and sometimes tedious task- the S39 has truly improved my pumping experience.

    Great for elastic nipples (in my opinion)

    I absolutely love this breast pump! As someone with "elastic nipples," this pump has truly been a game changer for me. I had previously tried pricier options like the Willow 360 and was close to giving up on finding a wearable solution. I felt defeated, only managing to pump 1 oz at a time and dealing with significant pain from other wearables. After reading that silicone flanges could work better for those with elastic nipples, I decided to give this pump a shot, especially after seeing its positive reviews. I'm so glad I did! While it does leave a bit of milk behind (about 1-2 oz per breast), so it's not ideal for every pumping session, it’s great for supplementing sessions or for quick extra pumps. I am expressing average 5 oz per breast from the spectra (sometimes more) and about 3-4 oz from modavista S39 This pump is perfect for busy, on-the-go moms or even just for wearing at home.     My first wearable pumps

    It takes me double the amount of time to pump what I can pump from a wall plug. But over all as a just enougher it works great for when your Lo want to sleep next to you and frees your hand to be able to do other things around the house.
